The Tour de Gatineau is one of those.
Year after year, thanks to a committed community, the event has evolved to become a reference for international women's cycling. But like any flowering, this growth requires care, support and favourable conditions to continue to flourish.
In 2026, we are launching a donation campaign dedicated exclusively to the Tour de Gatineau — an initiative that aims to nurture its development and ensure its future.
Each donation acts as a concrete gesture to make the event flourish:
allow international teams to come to us,
offer reception conditions that meet world standards,
and guarantee the sustainability of a unique event in Québec.

What are donations
used for
Donations collected as part of the Tour de Gatineau campaign are directly reinvested in the development and quality of the event.
Concretely, they support the arrival of international teams by contributing to transportation, accommodation and travel costs, thus ensuring high-level competition in Québec.
They also serve to maintain and evolve the event from year to year: improve the experience of athletes, enhance race conditions and guarantee organizational standards that match major international competitions.

Donations made as part of the Tour de Gatineau campaign are eligible for an official receipt for tax purposes, from a minimum amount determined by the donation platform.
When your contribution reaches this threshold, a receipt is automatically issued to you, allowing you to benefit from the tax credits applicable in Québec and Canada.
